Philosophy

Technical debt is measurable

Debt you can't see still costs you: slower pages, riskier updates and bigger bills later. We put a number on it and pay it down before it turns into an emergency.

What we measure

  • Outdated and abandoned codePlugins, themes and libraries that are behind, unmaintained or duplicated.
  • Platform lagPHP, database and server versions running past their support window.
  • Untested custom codeCustom plugins and theme code with no automated tests to catch regressions.
  • SpeedCore Web Vitals, page weight and slow database queries.
  • AccessibilityErrors against WCAG 2.2, tracked until they reach zero.
  • Security exposureStale admin accounts, leaked keys, open endpoints and missing hardening.

Hard projects don't scare us

Complex migrations, deep refactors and messy cleanups. We have done them all, and we plan them so nothing breaks on the way.

  • Complex migrationsHosts, domains, multisite networks, WordPress to Laravel and LMS to LMS moves, rehearsed in disposable environments first.
  • RefactorsLegacy themes and custom plugins rewritten step by step, with tests in place before anything changes.
  • Site cleanupsUnused plugins, bloated databases and years of quick fixes removed safely.

Professional delivery pipelines

Most WordPress debt starts with changes made straight on the live site. We set up the workflow software teams use, sized for your business.

How a WordPress CI/CD pipeline works
  • Local, staging and productionIdentical environments, so what works on your laptop works live. Content flows down, code flows up.
  • GitHub CI/CDEvery change goes through a pull request, automated checks and a reviewed deploy. No more editing on the live site.
  • Automated testsPHPUnit and Playwright run on every change and catch broken checkouts and forms before your customers do.
  • Easy rollbacksEvery release is versioned, so going back is one step, not a late-night restore.

Process

How we work

A simple, predictable process. You always know what is happening and why.

  1. Step 1

    Assess

We review your site, hosting and risks, and tell you plainly what we find.

  2. Step 2

    Fix

We resolve the urgent issues first, with backups and a rollback plan.

  3. Step 3

    Protect

Monitoring, updates and hardening keep problems from returning.

  4. Step 4

    Report

Clear summaries of what was done, in plain language.

About the Founder

Ajay Verma, Founder

Ajay bought his first C++ book at 13 and has been building things ever since. In 2010 he published his first plugin in the WordPress plugin repository. Since then he has worked in support at Gravity Forms and become a core developer of Uncanny Automator. He is also a WordPress core contributor and a WordCamp speaker.

These days Ajay works in Docker, PHPUnit and Playwright. Automated, repeatable environments mean he can spin up hundreds of WordPress sites before lunch on a normal day. Client sites get the same rigor: tested changes, reproducible setups and no surprises in production.
